2. Nature of Products

All products offered on MiniDocuments.com are digital educational materials (PDF documents and related files) delivered electronically. Because these items are instantly accessible upon purchase, they are classified as non-returnable and non-refundable under standard digital goods regulations.

Product Types:

  • Individual Standard Documents ($9.99 each)
  • Individual Premium Documents ($19.99 each)
  • Monthly All-Access Subscriptions ($24.99/month)

Delivery Method: All content is delivered digitally through our secure platform immediately upon successful payment processing.

3. Refund Eligibility

General Rule: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided after purchase except in the following limited circumstances:

  • The file received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to technical issues on our end
  • The Customer was charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
  • The Customer received an incorrect file not matching the purchased title
  • The product description was materially misleading or inaccurate
  • Unauthorized charges due to account security breach (subject to verification)

Time Limit: In such cases, the Customer must notify Alshaigy LLC in writing within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, using the official contact form or support email provided on the Website.

Documentation Required: Customers must provide order number, purchase date, and detailed description of the issue to be considered for a refund.

4. Resolution Methods

Upon verification of the issue, Alshaigy LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • File Replacement: Replacement of the correct or functional digital file
  • Store Credit: Issuance of store credit equal to the value of the purchased product, redeemable for future downloads
  • Account Credit: Credit applied to customer account for future purchases
  • Payment Refund: Refund to the original payment method (only in exceptional cases)

Processing Time: Resolution attempts will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

Refund Method: Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued in exceptional cases where replacement or store credit is not feasible. Most issues will be resolved through file replacement or store credit.

5. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refund requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The Customer has successfully downloaded or accessed the digital file
  • The Customer claims dissatisfaction with the content, topic, writing style, or educational approach
  • The purchase was made by mistake or without intent to buy
  • The Customer failed to read or understand the product description before purchase
  • The Customer changed their mind after purchase
  • The Customer's device or software is incompatible with the file format
  • The Customer did not receive the expected learning outcomes or results
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
  • The Customer cannot provide proper documentation of the issue

6. Subscriptions

Subscription Policy: Monthly subscription payments ($24.99/month) for our All-Access plan are non-refundable once charged.

Cancellation: The Customer may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Exception: Subscription refunds may only be considered in cases of technical errors on our part that prevent access to the service.
