By accessing and using MiniDocuments ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Alshaigy LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms.

MiniDocuments is a digital learning platform that provides:

• Access to premium technology tutorials and mini-documents
• Subscription-based access to our complete document library
• Individual document purchase options for specific tutorials
• User account management and authentication
• Document download and offline access capabilities

The Service is provided on both subscription and individual purchase basis. All content is delivered digitally and is intended for personal learning and professional development purposes.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Fees: Our monthly subscription is billed at $24.99 per month and is automatically renewed unless cancelled. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

Individual Purchases: Individual documents may be purchased at the prices displayed on the product pages: Standard Documents at $9.99 and Premium Documents at $19.99. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the document.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges incurred. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. New pricing will apply to new purchases immediately.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only available in limited circumstances as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees and local taxes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alshaigy LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

License to Use: When you purchase access to our documents, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal learning and professional development purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell our content to third parties
• Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

• Any User Content you provide

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Individual document purchases are non-refundable upon termination.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You will lose access to all subscription-based content
• You will retain access to individually purchased documents
• We may delete your account and associated data

Survival: All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alshaigy LLC regarding the use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Notification Methods: We may notify you of changes through email, website notifications, or other reasonable means. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Acceptance of Changes: By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Effective Date: These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2025. Your continued use of the Service after this date constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
